Craft BBQ Catering for Inland Empire Events
40 Guest Event Minimum
BBQ Catering for 40 to 300 guests — from Ontario to Temecula
Real wood. Real fire. Brisket smoked low and slow until the bark goes dark and the first slice makes the room go quiet. We're a Jurupa Valley pit, and we cater corporate lunches, company celebrations, and large-organization events all across the IE — and bring the pitmaster, the smoke, and the whole experience right to your door.

WHO WE CATER FOR
Corporate catering is what we're built for — but everyone's invited to the table
Corporate & Team Events
Reward the team, impress the client, or fuel the all-hands. Company lunches, board meetings, conferences, and appreciation events. We serve BBQ that makes people stop, talk, and remember who booked it.
Healthcare, Logistics & Large Employers
Shift meals for the Riverside and Loma Linda hospital crews, floor lunches for the Eastvale and Ontario distribution centers, campus events for the manufacturers along the 60 and the 15. We scale to your headcount and work around your operation.
Holiday & Company Celebrations
Make the year-end party the one people actually look forward to. Live fire, on-site, cooked to order.
Fundraisers & Community Events
Food people line up for. Whether it's a school fundraiser in Corona or a community event in Riverside, our spread draws the crowd and keeps them there.
Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners
From a Temecula Valley winery to a backyard in Redlands: for couples who'd rather their guests remember the meal. Elevated, soulful, and nothing like the standard plated dinner.
Reunions, Graduations & Milestones
Family reunions, UCR and Cal Baptist graduation feasts, the 40th-50th-60th that deserves more than catering-as-usual.
Church & Ministry Events
Fellowship dinners and appreciation events for the whole congregation.
THE CRAFT
Our Secret? Just Salt, Pepper, Smoke, and Time
While others take shortcuts, Noah respects the process. No liquid smoke. No shortcuts. Just real wood, live fire, and the patience to do it right.

Our Legendary Brisket
This is what we're known for. Every brisket is hand-trimmed, simply seasoned, and smoked low and slow over real wood, up to 18 hours. The result is a dark, glistening bark, a deep smoke ring, and meat so tender it gives way the moment it's sliced. This isn't just BBQ. It's the centerpiece of your event.

Pork Belly That Melts
Rich, rendered, and soft enough to cut with the side of a fork. One of the most-requested things we serve — folks drive in from across the IE for it, and once your guests try it, you'll know why.

Beef Ribs & Spare Ribs
Big, meaty beef ribs and tender pork spare ribs, both worked over the fire until the smoke settles all the way through. A genuine showpiece on any spread.

Beef Sausage
Juicy, with real snap and deep flavor. No craft BBQ spread is complete without it.

Sides That Earn Their Place
Our sides aren't an afterthought. They're built to stand next to the meat. Creamy mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, Mexican sweet corn, and honey apple cornbread that doubles as dessert. Made with the same care as everything off the fire.

A Sweet Finish
Peach cobbler, tres leches, chocoflan, and seasonal desserts worth saving room for.

FAQ: Everything You Need to Know
How far in advance should I book?
For most corporate events, a week or two of notice is plenty. For larger groups, say 100 guests and up, or anything in the busy November–December stretch, three to four weeks gives us room to do it right. That said, don't talk yourself out of calling on short notice. If you've got something coming up fast, reach out, and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it happen. We'd rather you ask than assume the answer is no.
What's your service area?
We're based in Jurupa Valley and cater across a wide stretch of the Inland Empire. Picture a big triangle. To the northwest you've got Montclair, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and Chino Hills. To the east we run out to Redlands, Yucaipa, Hemet, and on toward Beaumont and Banning. And to the south we go all the way down through Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, and Temecula. Right in the middle sits our home turf: Riverside, Corona, and Norco. If you're anywhere inside that triangle, we've got you. Not sure if you're in range? Ask. We travel for the right event.
How much does corporate BBQ catering cost?
Catering is priced per guest, and it depends on two things: how many people you're feeding and what's on the spread. A focused menu for a team lunch sits at one end; a full event with multiple proteins, sides, and dessert sits at the other. Your quote covers the food, the on-site service, and setup and breakdown: there's no separate "fee for showing up." A deposit locks your date, and the balance is settled around the event.
For most corporate groups in the Inland Empire, that lands around $22-$30+. Tell us your headcount and the feel you're going for, and you'll get a real number, not a guess.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Tell us what your room needs, and we'll build around it. Vegetarian guests, gluten concerns, and a couple of allergies on the list, none of that throws us, as long as we know ahead of time. Plenty of our sides already work for different needs, and Noah plans the spread so nobody at your event is standing there with an empty plate. The goal is simple: everyone you invite gets to eat well.
What about payment?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the event. We accept Zelle, cash, and checks.
What's your minimum? Can you handle our group size?
We cater to corporate and private groups from 40 to 300 guests. That covers a Friday team lunch on the smaller end and a full company event on the larger end. Below 40 isn't our sweet spot; we'd rather point you somewhere that fits than do your event halfway. If you're somewhere in that 40-to-300 range, you're exactly who we're built for.
What does the day actually look like? Do I have to manage anything?
No, that's the part you get to hand off. We arrive ahead of service, set up our space, cook and serve on-site, and clean up after ourselves. You don't run anything. And because it's live fire on-site, your guests get the real thing: the aroma, the pitmaster slicing to order, not trays dropped at the door. On your end, we just need a spot for the setup and a quick word on access and power. Everything else is on us.
What if my headcount changes before the event?
It usually does, and we plan for it. Give us your best estimate up front and we build in reasonable flex. We'll ask for your final count a few days out — that's when we lock the cook. A few people more or less from your estimate is normal and easy to handle. The only thing that gets tricky is a big swing the night before, so the earlier you can firm up the number, the smoother it goes.
What's the booking process, start to finish?
It's simpler than booking a venue. You reach out with your date and rough headcount. We have a quick conversation about the event and the menu, then send you a proposal. When you're ready, a deposit locks your date on the calendar. You give us a final guest count a few days before. Then on the day, we show up and handle it. Most of the work is in that first ten-minute conversation. After that, it's our job to make you look good.
Why New Life over a standard caterer or sandwich trays?
Because a forgettable lunch is a missed opportunity, and your guests can tell the difference. Most corporate catering is trays. Fine, expected, gone from memory by the elevator. New Life BBQ is live fire on-site, cooked by the pitmaster himself. Noah Farias walked away from a chemical-heavy career after a hard health fight and built this around real wood, real fire, and food made with actual care. That story shows up on the plate — in the bark, the smoke, the first bite that makes the room go quiet. Beyond Style. Pure Craft. When you want the event remembered, that's the difference you're buying.
From a Hard Road to the Glow of the Coals
New Life BBQ started in Jurupa Valley with a dream and a fire. Noah Farias walked away from a chemical-heavy career — and a serious health fight — to chase something real: honest, soulful, live-fire BBQ made the right way. What began with small gatherings has grown into one of the Inland Empire's most sought-after catering services, feeding teams and families from Ontario to Temecula.
But even as we've grown, we've never lost what matters: quality over shortcuts, craft over convenience, and creating moments people remember through incredible food. Every brisket we smoke, every event we cater, gets the same care that started it all.
When you choose New Life BBQ, you're not just getting a caterer. You're getting your neighbors — a local team that genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable. This is what happens when you respect the process.
