BBQ Catering Prices
Per person, all in. From $15 a head, 40 to 300 guests.
Most catering sites make you fill out a form before they’ll tell you a number. We’d rather just show you. Everything on this page is what you actually pay per person: your meat, two sides, and our honey apple cornbread. Send us a date and a headcount and you’ll have a real quote back inside 24 hours.

One number per person
No chafing dish rental. No per hour overage. No separate package priced on another page. What you see below is the number.
Every price includes your meat, two sides, and cornbread. Extra sides are $2 a head. If you want to see the whole spread first, the BBQ catering page walks through what we cook.
We cater 40 to 300 people. Below 40 we’re not the right fit and we’ll tell you so rather than take the booking.
One meat, two sides, cornbread
Smoked Sausage
$17 per person. The lightest option on the board and the one that stretches furthest on a big headcount.
Chicken
$20 per person. Smoked, not grilled, and it holds well on a long service.
Pulled Pork
$22 per person. Pulled off the shoulder, not chopped.
Ribs
$22 per person. Spare ribs off the live fire.
Brisket or Ox Tail
$27 per person, either one. They cost more because they cost us more. A whole packer brisket loses close to half its weight over a long cook.
Two meats, three meats, and the Tex-Mex side of the menu
Two meats is what most people book. Pair brisket or ox tail with sausage or chicken and it’s the best value on this page.
Two or three meats
Two meats, two sides and cornbread: $30 per person.
Three meats, two sides and cornbread: $35 per person.
Pick any two or three off the list above. Extra sides are $2 a head.
Sandwiches, tacos and burritos
Burrito: $15 per person.
Sandwich meal, two sides: $18 per person, with fried onion straws and pickles.
Tacos, two sides: $18 per person.
Nachos: $20 per person.
Bowls: $20 per person.
Same smoked brisket, pulled pork and chicken as the plates. Built the Tex-Mex way with salsa verde and crema.
Run the plates, run the Tex-Mex, or run both at the same event. Over 40 guests we’re usually happy to split the line. There’s more on the taco bar catering page.
Getting a real number
1. Send us the details
The date, the headcount, and where it is. Use the form or call. That's enough to price it.
2. We come back
Inside 24 hours, with a real number for your event. Not a range, and not a starting-at.
3. We talk through the rest
How you want it served, timing, and what your space can handle. That part’s a conversation, and it goes faster on the phone than through a form.
Sides, and what’s in the price
Five sides to pick from
BBQ beans, mac and cheese, potato salad, street corn salad, and coleslaw. Two come with every meal.
Cornbread with everything
Honey apple cornbread comes with all of it. It’s not an add-on and we don’t charge for it.
Want more sides?
Extra sides are $2 per person. Add as many as you want.
What the price covers
Your meat, two sides and cornbread are the price. Delivery, serviceware, tax and gratuity we’ll put in writing on your quote so there’s nothing to work out later.
Questions people ask about barbecue catering prices
How much does BBQ catering cost per person?
Ours runs $15 to $35 per person depending on what you pick. A burrito spread is $15 a head. One meat with two sides and cornbread runs $17 to $27 depending on the meat. Two meats with two sides is $30, three meats is $35. Those are the real numbers, not starting-at numbers.
How much does it cost to feed 100 people barbecue?
At our most-booked option, two meats with two sides and cornbread at $30 a person, 100 guests is $3,000. The same 100 people on a one meat chicken plate is $2,000. On brisket it’s $2,700. Delivery, tax and gratuity go in writing on your quote.
How many people does 1 lb of barbecue feed?
About three, once it’s cooked. Raw brisket loses roughly half its weight over a long cook, so a pound of finished brisket started out closer to two pounds. Plan on about a third of a pound of cooked meat per adult when there are two sides and cornbread on the plate. You don’t need to work any of this out yourself. Give us a headcount and we handle the math.
How much barbecue do I need per person?
A third to a half pound of cooked meat per adult, plus two sides. Half a pound if it’s a crowd of big eaters, if barbecue is the only thing being served, or if you want leftovers. We build every quote off your headcount, so you’re not guessing.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. We cater 40 guests and up, to 300. Below 40 a live fire setup doesn’t price well, and we’ll tell you that rather than take the booking.
What is included in the price?
Your meat, two sides and our honey apple cornbread, per person. Extra sides are $2 a head. Delivery, serviceware, tax and gratuity are set out on your written quote.
Can you do a taco bar instead of a plated spread?
Yes. Tacos are $18 a person with two sides, burritos are $15. Same smoked meat either way. There’s more on the taco bar catering page.
Why we’re priced where we are
We’re not the cheapest barbecue in the Inland Empire and we’re not trying to be. Everything is cooked over real wood, live fire, by Noah, who owns the business. Not held in a warmer, not finished in an oven. Brisket goes on the night before.
The rub is six spices out of South Texas, not salt and pepper. Noah’s mother is from Brownsville and his father is from Colima, and the Tex-Mex on this menu is what he grew up eating, not a trend we added. That’s why the same brisket can go on a plate or into a taco and both taste like they were meant to.
We’re already out here three days a week. The trailer is at Riverside Community Hospital Thursday, Friday and Saturday from eleven to four. We know the loading situations and the parking around here because we work here.
Send us your date
